Read through all 8 Criterion of the AWSP Leadership Framework.
Select 4 of the Criterion and answer the following questions for each of your selected Criteria.

1. Describe where you see equity mentioned in this Criteria (list words, components, elements, etc.)
2. What specific actions would a supervisor see a leader doing in this Criteria to show they are leading for equity.
