Assignment: Authority vs. Support

As you continue to learn and understand Version 3.0 of the AWSP Leadership Framework it will be important for you to have a good understanding of Authority vs. Support. As part of the state required AWSP Leadership Framework Training Day #1 here is your AFTER SESSION LEARNING assignment:

Select 4 of the Criterion and answer the following for each selected Criteria:

1. What areas of the Criterion and/or Component does the school leader have authority?
2. What areas of the Criterion and/or Component does the school leader not have authority?
3. What support will be provided to the school leader for areas where they do not have authority?
4. How will the school leader and school leader supervisor agree on Authority vs Support for each Criterion?
