Former long-time High School Counselor and Career & College Counselor, Chair of WSCAs Advocacy & Government Relations Committee, WCHSCR Board member, 10th Congressional District’s Military Academy Selection Committee member, and Tumwater School Board Director. Kim was the WSCA Career Counselor of the Year (2014) and an ASCA School Counselor of the Year Finalist (2016).

During her time as a school administrator, teacher and Career Counselor, she has developed a deep understanding of the needs of families, her community, and the local schools.
