Kamrica Ary-Turner, Associate Director, AWSP

Kamrica Ary-Turner joined AWSP in July 2022. She served as an educator in Washington for 14 years, mainly in secondary schools, as a counselor and the last 10 years as a school administrator in ESD 121. She advocates for the whole child with a passion for justice, diversity, equity, and community partnerships.
Whitney Triplett M.A., N.C.C., Executive Director of Strategy and Development, Hatching Results

Whitney is a vision-driven leader with a passion for promoting equity, access, and the success of all students through the intentionality of transformative school counseling. Through her role as an Executive Director at Hatching Results, Whitney provides school counseling strategy support to the organization, as well as school districts, county offices, and state departments across the nation. She loves facilitating professional learning for school counselors, building administrators, and others working to impact student outcomes in a measurable, meaningful way through comprehensive school counseling programming.
Paul Meyers, Executive Director, Hatching Results

Paul recently retired as superintendent of Standard School District in Bakersfield. He is also a former state department of education consultant, former president of the California Association of School Counselors, and has been a superintendent, principal, and counselor.
