Members from AESD, AWSP, WAMOA, WASA, WASBO, WSPA, and WSSDA are invited to this
free virtual fall kick-off event on Tuesday, October 10th from 9:30-11 am. We’ll hear from several dynamic education leaders, connect in breakout rooms by ESD region, and see the calendar of statewide and regional events taking place throughout the year.
The event will include a wellness-focused opening from Carla Costa Sandine, Vice President of Communications, Marketing and Community, Kaiser Permanente; a keynote address by Dr. Rachelle Rogers-Ard on the topic of Female Leaders: Using Authenticity as our Superpower; and will conclude with an opportunity to connect with your regional peers.

Keynote Speaker
Dr. Rachelle Rogers-Ard is a published author, adjunct professor, organizational development specialist and former school district educator with over 28 years’ experience preparing adults to lead and manage numerous workplace spaces. Rachelle specializes in coaching agency leaders to dismantle racist policies, practices and procedures that threaten organizational health. Currently, Dr. Ard is the Principal Lead for Harvest Consulting, where she grows school, district, and organizational managers through anti-racist leadership development.
