vision of an inclusive environment in small groups. For those in the same
school or district, discuss and come to agreement on your school/district’s
current trends and future vision.

- Describe the current reality of your school or district culture for inclusion.
- Assess your school or district systems. What systems need to be rethought, reframed or replaced? Are there inclusionary systems missing from your school or district?
- What is the current reality of learning in your school or district? For each and every student? For all adults?
- Describe your vision of the ultimate inclusive school or district culture.
- List the inclusive systems that are fully functioning in your school or district.
