Visioning into this new decade, the need to develop and refine our equity lens in service of all students continues to be paramount in leadership practice. The body of research consistently supports the positive link between access to core instruction in general education settings and improved outcomes, academically, socially and emotionally for students with disabilities. How do you lead for this in your context? Who is implementing inclusionary practices, and seeing positive student outcomes? What are they doing and how are they measuring their success? In this preconference, we will learn and collaborate together on inclusionary practices through a leadership lens of culture, systems and learning, deepening understanding and gaining tools and processes to help guide your work as a leader.
